Attention Florida NENA Members! 

 
Have you been itching to become more involved in your 9-1-1 community and make a real difference in Florida NENA? Running for office might be your chance! Being part of NENA is not just about doing good—it's about having fun while you're at it! It's an amazing opportunity to help shape the future of our 9-1-1 profession. 
 
Nominations are now open for Florida NENA's Second Vice President, Treasurer, Area Vice President for North, West, Central, and South regions. Nominations open until October 26, 2025. (Links to forms provided below)
 
To qualify to run for 2nd VP, you must be an ENP and maintain your ENP throughout your time on the Board.  Nominations will be accepted on the Florida NENA website:  https://flnena.org/Nominations_Committee. All voting is electronic is now electronic
 
The Next Generation of 9-1-1 is here. NENA is the voice of 9-1-1 and we need your input. FL NENA has a great team...but teams need leaders, too! So if you have an opinion, do not sit by the sidelines and hope someone else will run and do what needs to be done. Get involved, have a voice, make a difference--run for a NENA office!  This is NENA, YOUR 9-1-1 Association. If you do not want to hold an office, there are committees that you can join and be involved in, just contact the committee chairs.
